Structure of Panama Corporation

Panama companies require a minimum of three directors and three officers (officers may act as directors of the company), who are typically appointed as President, Secretary and Treasurer respectively. These persons may be individuals or legal/corporate entities from anywhere in the world. It is traditional however to use Panamanian nominees, since the Companyโ€™s Officers are listed in public records and accessible on the Registryโ€™s website. These nominees then issue a Power of Attorney and Deed of Trust to the beneficial owner.
