What is the Qualified Investor Visa?

The Qualified Investor Visa grants immediate permanent residency to applicants who invest in the country. Most of the process is done remotely except for the submission and approval, for which the applicant must be physically present at the migration office.

USD 300,000 - Real Estate Investment

Investors can qualify with a real estate investment of at least USD 300,000, which can be in any part of the country and in any property of their choice without depending on government-approved projects.

USD 500,000 - Stock Market

The applicant can invest in securities through the local stock market, which must be related to businesses that have an impact in Panama.

USD 750,000 - Fixed-term deposit

Qualified Investor is also available through a fixed-term deposit in a local bank, which must be maintained for at least 5 years.
