The Qualified Investor Visa grants immediate permanent residency to approved applicants who invest in the country. Most of the process is done remotely except for the submission and approval, for which the applicant must be physically present at the migration office.

Book a consultationInvestors can apply with a real estate investment of at least USD 300,000 (new properties) or USD 500,000 (resale properties). Units can be in any part of the country and in any development without depending on government pre-approved projects.
The applicant can invest in securities through the local stock market, and they must be related to businesses that have an impact in Panama.
Qualified Investor is also available through a fixed-term deposit in a local bank, which must be maintained for at least 5 years.
